Course Description
Building on the fundamentals acquired in Basic Pistol 1, our Basic Pistol 2 class is designed to take your handgun proficiency to the next level. Safety remains a top priority as we delve into advanced skills, malfunction clearances, efficient reloads, firearm maintenance, and gear considerations. This class primarily focuses on malfunctions with semi-automatic pistols, but revolvers are welcome (speed loaders or speed strips for revolvers will be required).

Students preparing to conceal carry, and/or take the Enhanced Conceal Weapons License Class
Students that want the foundational skills to use a firearm for self-defense

Prerequisites
BASIC PISTOL 1
18-years-old and older is recommended. Under 18 years old must be accompanied with a legal guardian and be able to demonstrate a learning attitude and physical ability to safely handle a firearm.
A Independence Range Waiver must be completed before class begins

Open toed shoes, shorts, and low-cut tops should be avoided due to the chance of hot casings or debris touching the skin.

No gun? No problem! Let your instructor know you will need to use one of our guns, and we will take care of it for you at no cost (ammo will need to be purchased separately, though.). We will do our best to set you up with a gun that is appropriate for your specific needs.
