CONCEALED HANDGUN PERMIT (ECWL)
The training that allows students to apply for the Idaho license, conceal carry in other states with reciprocity, and be licensed to bypass the NICS check for firearm purchases

Course Description
Enhanced Conceal Weapons License
This course satisfies the requirements of Idaho Code 18-3302K, enabling students to apply for an Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons License and can also be used to apply for the Oregon Concealed Carry Permit. This course is intended to educate students about situational awareness, conflict avoidance, and the legal, moral and financial ramifications of deadly use of force. Considerable time will be given to Idaho-specific laws and regulations. Students will also learn about what to consider when choosing a defensive firearm, alternative methods of self-defense, and will briefly review proper gun handling skills (this is NOT a "training course", please consider Basic Pistol classes first if training is required).
