This class focuses on empowering women by teaching the fundamentals of personal safety. It covers key topics such as situational awareness, use of force, personal safety tools, and prevention techniques. The course also addresses women's personal safety and the option of concealed carry, emphasizing self-defense strategies, understanding one’s environment, and exploring how carrying a concealed weapon can enhance personal protection in various situations.

The course is designed for women with the desire to strengthen their understanding and skills in personal safety and protection.
This course is for women who have been victims or feel the risk of domestic violence.
This course is idea for women leaving home, traveling, attending college, starting a new career, or have a change in their living situation.

Teaches a focus on situational awareness by understanding your surroundings and how to take proactive steps to avoid harmful situations.
Review common self defense tools, methods, and resources to ward off danger.
Understanding the option to conceal carry, and a brief review of the legal use of deadly force.
