How Can We Help?
To protect your privacy the best way to update your billing information for membership dues is to come into Independence and provide your new information to a team member at one of our registers. By submitting this inquiry we can also reach out to you by phone and our membership coordinator can update this information with you.
We understand that memberships may need to be suspended for a variety of reasons. We allow one membership suspension for a maximum of three months within a one year period. We require a 10 business day notice to suspend your membership before your next billing cycle to be suspended begins.
