Daniel Martinez is a seasoned firearms instructor with a rich background in paramedicine, military service, and law enforcement. His journey began as an EMT in California working a particularly busy and violent area with American Medical Response, where he honed his skills in emergency medical response and prehospital care and developed a deep understanding of critical decision-making under pressure. This experience laid a strong foundation for his subsequent service in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Machine Gunner where he cultivated discipline, leadership, and a commitment to excellence and perseverance. Daniel transitioned to a role as a police officer in California while maintaining a reservist status in the Marine Corps, further enhancing his expertise in firearms and tactical operations while serving his local community. Within the Marine Corps and his police department, Daniel always qualified in the Expert level in pistol, rifle and shotgun qualifications, exemplifying his outstanding commitment to the fundamentals of shooting.
 
As a firearms instructor, Daniel combines his extensive knowledge and practical experience to teach students of all levels. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, he is able to provide instruction in both English and Spanish, making his courses accessible to a broader audience. His approach emphasizes safety, technique, mindset and the importance of responsible firearm ownership. With a focus on both individual and group training, he fosters a supportive environment where students can build confidence and proficiency. Daniel’s diverse background not only informs his teaching methods but also inspires his students to appreciate the responsibility that comes with handling firearms, ensuring they are well-prepared for any situation.
