Representative Ron Nate to Speak Concerning Firearm Safety Education in Idaho's Public Schools

On Wednesday, March 14 at 6:00 p.m. Representative Ron Nate will address educators, parents, and the general public concerning the introduction of firearms education in Idaho's public schools.

Ron Nate introduced a Bill known as the "Firearms Safety Classes in Schools bill (H443)". This bill has already passed in the house and is waiting to be voted on in the Senate. Please come to this event to support Representative Ron Nate with this bill or voice your concerns. If passed, this bill will enable all children to receive equal firearms education and, if implemented properly, could stem the tide of violent firearm related tragedies in schools.

Appropriate firearm education will bring protection far more effectively than will firearm confiscation.
